These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://orkezo.com and any services engaged with Orkezo Technologies("Orkezo", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. This is a general-purpose template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being treated as a binding legal document.

Services

Orkezo provides website development, AI/ML solutions, mobile app development, ecommerce development and related custom software services. The specific scope, timeline and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between Orkezo and the client.

Project scope & changes

• Work begins only after scope and payment terms are mutually agreed upon.
• Changes requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments.
• Delivery timelines depend on timely feedback and content/assets provided by the client.

Payments

Payment terms (advance, milestones, final payment) are agreed on a per-project basis before work begins. Delayed payments may pause project timelines.

Intellectual property

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any third-party tools, libraries or licensed assets used in the build, which remain governed by their own licenses. Orkezo retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

Orkezo will make reasonable efforts to deliver reliable, well-tested software. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data, except where required by applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed according to the agreed payment terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
